OverviewThe Coca Leaves reading is a spiritual practice since Inca times, when people needed to make important decisions related to their family, planting season, predict the weather or even the wars, etc. They asked to the “MAMA COCA” coca leaves.
In Peru, the coca leaf has a rich and important history, with many Peruvians valuing the leaves as highly as gold. The Incas treasured coca not only for its medicinal properties, but also for the integral part it played in their sacred rites and rituals. South Americans have cultivated coca plants for nearly 8,000 years.

Coca leaf reading is on Andean Spiritual tradition and Eduardo is a master of this plant spirit divination. Eduardo was born in the highlands of Q’eros Nation, in the Andean region of Peru. Since the age of six he was trained by his Grandfather in the traditional ways of the Paqo (Andean Medicine man). Eduardo is a highly recognized and respected Paqo and his presence on our tour is a huge honor. We considers him a great teacher and highly recommends everyone to have this time with him.

This ceremony includes a permition ceremony to connect with the spiritual world, one session (40 min approx.) with the Andean Master and he speak Spanish, English and Qechua his native language.
